Recruitment Administrator (m/f/d)

Overview of the role:

If you are eloquent in English, have great attention to detail and love organizing and talking to people this might be the role for you. Prior experience in recruitment is not necessary, but you will be required to have office experience with a preference of having done some administrative tasks before. The Recruitment administrator role at Exasol forms part of our HR team. This role is based in our London offices and will also support recruitment activities in the US.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates,
  • Opportunity to get involved in organizing career events,
  • Maintain diverse platforms that track our applicants,
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reporting,
  • Promoting Exasol as an employer of choice,
  • Utilize and monitor job boards, company website, job portals to advertise our roles:
  • Telephone interviews to pre-screen candidates,
  • Support managers by setting up recruitment plans for individual roles,
  • Knowledge: MS Office suite, especially Word and Excel proficient.

  • You enjoy organizing others and playing a support role, including taking care of the little details, so your colleagues can focus on other aspects of their roles.
  • You have great attention to detail, are conscientious about your work and are committed to getting the job done.
  • Independently minded, you can figure out problems without needing your hand held, and can handle working with multiple complex systems and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, you are enthusiastic, willing to learn and maintain a professional manner even in challenging circumstances.
  • You have a mature approach combined with courtesy and integrity, and maintain discretion at all times even in a young and friendly environment.
  • Excellent written skills, administrative skills and computer literacy are a must.
  • Ideally you’ve spent some time in administrative roles in busy environments, perhaps in a recruitment or HR team without huge amounts of structure.


Not essential but great if you got it

  • Worked in a similar role before.
  • You speak additional languages such as German or French.
