As a Recruiter (m/f/d) at Exasol you will take our in-house recruiting to the next level and take responsibility for the entire application process for your recruiting area. You will be the contact person for managers and will jointly develop efficient strategies to attract new talent to Exasol. In close collaboration with the departments, you will identify the right target groups and spread our job advertisements on appropriate channels. During the whole application process – screening, interviewing and hiring - you ensure a unique candidate experience. In addition to the application management of proactive applications, you actively search for potential candidates via LinkedIn and Xing and inspire them with enthusiasm about Exasol. To ensure a long-term talent pool and candidate network, you will participate in career events and expand our employer branding strategy.
