We are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) to support our continuous growth in UK/Ireland based in Exasols London Office.
Overview of the role:
You represent the entire range of company products and services to the assigned customers and prospects.
You are responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
You establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
You coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones for a one and three year period.
Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
You are a strong individual contributor with a great attitude and strong values, being part of the team is a key success factor.
Who are you?
10 years experience of successful enterprise software sales.
A proven track record of over-quota achievement.
You are instinctively one step ahead of the game with a track record of maintaining and expanding relationships within strategically important large customers.
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM extensively.
Knowledge of Big Data, Cloud, Systems Infrastructure, Enterprise Application Integration, Database and/or Business Intelligence software concepts and products preferred.
